In Halbstadt, Heinrich Willms owned a large flour mill.   That building is in use today as a canned milk factory.  He built a huge house, 7000 square feet on the ground floor.  Recently that building has housed a recreational center and the local Bank of Ukraine.  A part of that house is shown on the left.
